Born and bred in Brooklyn NY, entrepreneur Greg Taylor initially got his start in seafood solely as a salesman. Owning his very own seafood delivery truck, which served the NYC area, he saw his reach expand much farther than he could've imagined.

What began as a fondness and wealth of knowledge of the wholesale seafood world turned into a passion for seeing the wonders of the sea arrive in a customer’s home. With a natural talent for providing savory seafood, Greg's passion fueled a desire to transition from seafood salesman to providing, one plate at a time. After moving to the metro Atlanta area over 15 years ago, he sought to bring that passion to life in his new city and home: the ATL.

Now, along with the talented “Geechee Gyrl” and co-owner Chef Yvette, Greg is bringing a caring, steady hand to the seafood meals we love. With an eye on the clock we all live by and on the state of the art ATL Blu Water food truck, we welcome you to grab a spot on line and eat GOOD with us here at ATL Blu Water Seafood!
